Osaka Japanese Steakhouse is completed at last and has Grand Opening on February 27th ,2010.
Everything is completed with some hassles on the Certificate of Occupancy.
The restaurant looks fantastic with an ambiance and comfortable setting.
The fountain is an excellent creation.

Work is in progress for Nagoya while waiting for all the supplies and equiptment to arrive in December. The air condition system and Fire suppression system were installed. We are building the hard ceiling now.

Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse-Mobile ,Alabama

We have the permits issued to start work on Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse restaurant in Mobile,Alabama.
This is the former South China Chinese Buffet Restaurant. We have to build an addition of 700 Sq Ft. at the front of the building and remodel the restaurant into a Japanese Restaurant with a Cocktail Bar ,A Sushi Bar and 6 Hibachi Grill.

The restaurant is located at Airport Boulevard, owned by Paul and Judy Chan.

The time frame for this project is 60 days to complete.
We have started tearing down and started to cut the underground slad for the pipework and building the slab in the front.

We have already started work on our project -Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse at Hammond ,Louisiana. It is located at The Hammond Square, directed opposite The AMC
Cinema.
It is almost 6,000 square feet, with 12 Hibachi Tables. Nagoya, is owned by Mr Lin, from Madison ,Mississippi.

The paper work for all the permits took us a few weeks and we have to go to Baton Rouge to submit them. Everything worked out fine. We have all our permits and work is in progress.

We have started our work on Diamond Nails And Spa at Hoover Alabama.
It is located at The Grove's Shopping Promenade, just in front of Target, at Exit 10 on Highway 459.
This is an Upscale and classy Nails And Spa with 24 Pedicure Spas and 6 Kids Pedicure spas. Also 2 waxing rooms and 24 Manicure stations.

We have started our Plumbing and Electrical work.

We have finished the underground plumbing and already approved by inspector.
The walls has been erected, Existing ceiling taken down.
Now in the process of building the two dome ceilings.

Habachi Express, Gulfport,Mississippi

Hibachi Express is our 3rd project. Owned by Mr Chen from Ocean Springs,Mississippi.
The restaurant is located on Highway 49,Gulfport , Mississippi.Very Good Location and will be the First Hibachi Restaurant on that whole Highway.

This project takes almost 5 months to complete due to complexity of the inspection.But almost finished, maybe another week.

The Hibachi Grill Table, can sit 12-16 guests.
The Tatami Room, cater for Big Group/Party
