The Sushi 9 project is finished and the restaurant has a grand opening on  January 17th 2011.

Sushi 9 is  a combination of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. With Sushi Bar.

Located on Schillinger Road, Mobile, Alabama,in front of Target and next to Chee Burger.
Open Daily for lunch and dinner.

The interior deco is very simple and cozy, with bamboo trees, and art deco imported from Thailand.

Panda House-Japanese and Thai Restaurant

The project for Panda House- a Japanese and Thai restaurant located in Alabaster,Alabama is almost completed ,after 5 weeks. Need to get inspection for hood on Monday, install the carpet and wait for final inspection.
This is a dine in restaurant and work is not so completed like a Japanese steakhouse. Simple design and small kitchen.

Osaka Japanese Steakhouse is completed at last and has Grand Opening on February 27th ,2010.
Everything is completed with some hassles on the Certificate of Occupancy.
The restaurant looks fantastic with an ambiance and comfortable setting.
The fountain is an excellent creation.

Work is in progress for Nagoya while waiting for all the supplies and equiptment to arrive in December. The air condition system and Fire suppression system were installed. We are building the hard ceiling now.

Tokyo restaurant decided to change their name to Osaka Seafood and Steakhouse restaurant.
Work is in progress, the Sushi Bar and Hibachi tables are being built.

Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse-Mobile ,Alabama

We have the permits issued to start work on Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse restaurant in Mobile,Alabama.
This is the former South China Chinese Buffet Restaurant. We have to build an addition of 700 Sq Ft. at the front of the building and remodel the restaurant into a Japanese Restaurant with a Cocktail Bar ,A Sushi Bar and 6 Hibachi Grill.

The restaurant is located at Airport Boulevard, owned by Paul and Judy Chan.

The time frame for this project is 60 days to complete.
We have started tearing down and started to cut the underground slad for the pipework and building the slab in the front.
